1、 Overview of electric high-temperature three-way flow regulating valve

The ZDLQ electric high temperature control valve adopts a double spool up and down guide structure, and is equipped with an electric actuator mechanism. The valve body is a three-way structure, that is, one in and two out (split flow type), and two in and one out (combined flow type), so as to achieve the temperature rise or temperature drop of fluid mixture, or the unequal flow split of fluid, meeting the requirements of different industries and mines. The valve body has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient maintenance. It can be used in various working conditions, especially for the temperature control system of the oil industry heat exchanger and the automatic control system of other industries. This series of products are of normal temperature type, high temperature type, low temperature type, regulating and cutting type, bellows sealing type and other types. The nominal pressure rating of the product is PN1.6, 4.0 6.4; The valve body diameter range is DN20-DN300; Applicable to various grades of fluid temperature from - 150 ℃ to+560 ℃; The leakage level is divided into IV, V and VI; Flow characteristics include straight line and equal percentage. 2、 Bonnet form of electric three-way opening (closing) regulating valve

Note: normal temperature type: normal temperature type, working temperature - 20 -+200 ℃, leakage level is IV.

Heat sink is added to the high-temperature valve cover, which can be used for the occasion where the medium temperature is - 60 -+450 ℃.

The low temperature type adopts the structure of lengthened valve cover and heat insulation plate, which can be used in cryogenic occasions at - 196 ℃.
